Hi,

  I use Bluehost to install coppermine gallery and start to use it, but after the installation the coppermine gallery already in Chinese Language.
  Even I change it back to English language from the setting, but still is Chinese language.
  How can I change the lauguage back to English?

It is all in the docs - http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/languages.htm#how

It explains how to reset your cookie. Other will be seeing your site in English if they have no cookie.
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.
