Uploaded pic are only visible for admins

Hi,

one of my photographers has uploaded 1000 pic to one album. As Admin, the pics are visible (in thumbnail view), but not as user or guest.
In the album overview, the number of files is not incremented correctly.

Any idea?

Your issue is almost certainly caused by permissions settings. Look carefully at the permissions for your user, groups, categories and albums.

Also, since you allow guests to upload images, did your photographer upload the images as a guest or were they logged in?

Providing us with access as a regular user will likely not be useful.

It is working fine now!
The photographer ferot to log in  and I had to manually give the pics free. That was new for me.

From the docs:

If "Approval" is set to YES, the users in the particular group will be able to upload, however the uploaded files will only be shown after the admin (you) has approved them.
