My users are complaining about batch adding being very slow after we upgraded to Cloud Linux. Any idea on what could cause this? Cloud Linux isn't reporting resource issues with the user experiencing problems and batch add worked perfectly fine before upgrading to Cloud Linux.

Which element is slow? Is it the uploading of files via ftp or the process of adding them?

If you have command line access on the cloud server you could run a tool like htop to see how much cpu and memory is being utilised during the process. It may help you see whether you need to increase memory or cpu power.
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.
