Hello
I cant  delete  some image for particular user or that particular user, the program give my the following massage:
Directory "albums/userpics/10003/ " is not writable, file cant be deleted.
Please help my to delete this user or there images.

well, then make it writable - CHMOD accordingly.

log into your ftp and goto your album and then click albums then look through the list looken for the name what was not writble and from then depends what ftp programe your usein normely you can right click and click CHMOD then change it to 666 so all is writeble

666 (apart from being the number of the beast ;)) does not mean writable, the suggested chmod settings are 777 or 755 (depending on your webserver setup). Try the tutorial download/unpack/upload

You will also get this message if you deleted something by ftp, when it was still in the gallery.

If this is the case, you will have to delete them from the database manually.  When deleting, you must do it using the coppermine delete facilities.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
