Developers Needed for Major Coppermine Customization Project

I'm looking for experienced php developers for a major customization of CPG: using the existing elements of CPG to build a real-estate listing website. 

I would very much like to work with CPG developers as they should know the codebase quite well.  We intend to use a spiral development model with progressively updated functionality.  If we like your work, you'll probably get lots of follow-on work from us.

Our goal for initial deployment (basic functionality of the site) is 1 June.  The budget for initial work is $800.

I am currently developing a comprehensive template based CPG modification specifically for real estate developers and sales agents.
