I am using cpg1.3.2, just installed, and transfered everything over, the folder has www access as read and write, and yet it says You don't have permission to access /coppermine/ on this server.

What is going on? Here is the site:

www.cyberpawz.com/coppermine/

I followed the directions, and yet this still comes up, I need help here, too many people are depending on this to keep it down for a few hours.

Don't have permission for what?  I visited your site, didn't see any problems.  Are you having upload issues?
