Adding/Modifying Files in User Albums

Searched forums and docs but couldn't find feature.

I would like it if Admin could upload to any album, namely private/public user albums, as well as move files into those albums.
As of now when Admin uploads files, can only place them into their personal User albums or general (non user) Albums.. same situation when Editing the files in any album.

When Admin batch adds files they can place them in ANY album, but normal upload they can't place into User albums that aren't their own. (Only owner of album can upload files into their albums, but admin can't) Very limited knowledge of php, so just a request for a future release.. thanks!
