Getting Started

Well, here I am not knowing what to do next ...
I already uploaded the folder coppermine to my server.
I want to do a photo album to replace the catalogues I did myself
with Xara at www.x-tile.net
but I'm getting frustrated because I don't know how to start.
Please help!
