Tips for who ever wants to do this....

Every user will just need an albums folder, a config.inc.php pointing to their own database, just init.inc.php should know where to pick up the config from

Everything else can be a symlink - things will get a bit more complicated if the users want to customise themes though - BUT - still this should be easy on a correct server and correct programmer...

If users can just freely use the existing themes - it would be more than enough for now :-)

Later, if users comes to that level, possibility to build own skins might be interesting.

One thing though - I need a possibility to send pics from mobile phones to CPG too.

If someone can look at this - I would be grateful.

re mobile phone upload: there are several threads on this already, please search the board.

I should be able to build this for you, I am not sure how much time it will take but it sounds like a fun little project.

I do think that seperate databases might cause a bit of trouble when the customer base is big, the bigger the harder it gets. On the other hand with seperate databases it will mean that an upgrade to a furture version of CPG stays a feasable option.

Just let me know if you are still looking for someone to help you with this.

Is this still valid? I'm going through the threads in the "paid help" section to find the issues that have been done or are no longer valid and flag them accordingly.
@thread-starter: please reply; if you don't, I'll flag the thread as "invalid".
