I am new to website building and need all the help I can get. I am trying to get Coppermine to work! I manually uploaded each and every file in the Coppermine folder to a server.  The site I am using to host is http://superihost.com/members if anyone could be of assistance I would greatly appreciate it! I can be reached at masterjay945fm@aol.com with any questions.

There's no support by email, as the reason for having a support forum is to help both you and others who might encounter a similar problem as well.
Do you have the minimum requirements to run coppermine?

My website is http://www.masterjay.com but I was going to put a link to get to the coppermine gallery. I'm not quite sure if I uploaded the files properly, but I was hoping to get this resolved asap. What information would you need to help me? Any help I could get would be appreciated.

The ftp information doesn't matter, you mustn't post the data for security reasons. Like I said: you need to make sure you have the minimum requirements for running coppermine - read the FAQ. If you have all those things, you should take a look at the newbie tutorial Download, unpack, upload.
