Getting the actual file means that people have to register on your page, which makes it unnecesarily hard for users. Having it in rar archive format is not a good idea, since not everybody has a tool available to open rar archives.
I went through registration on your site, downloaded the theme and I was planning to attach it to my posting here - read the paragraph below why I didn't.
The theme itself has some irrelevant (and even wrong) data in the header - it refers to DaMysterious and the coppermine dev team as creators (which is not the case), and it has irrelevant meta tags in it. Please note that DaMysterious themes come with a copyright disclaimer of their own, so you might have to review this. There are references to a theme folder smf all over the place, which is incorrect as well. Within the images folder are irrelevant button sets of a smf theme (some of them are even in dutch only) you don't have the copyrights to redistribute afaik. It seems you have used the SMF theme by DaMysterious and only applied minor modifications, basically to edit the stylesheet (changing blue to black).
Don't get me wrong: we are happy about contributions, but they're suppossed to be "right" in terms of copyright issues, they should be correct (in terms of "bug-free", or at least should have been reviewed) and they should be genuine (in terms of "being actually something new and different from what has been posted before").
I'm sorry, you will have to review this theme before it's fit for actual use.
