Coppermine suddenly won't let us upload pix???

We've had the 1.3.2 version up and running now for about 2 months...and it worked fine up till about 5 days ago.

Now, I can not get the Upload funciton to work...I properly id a photo, the path is properly inserted into the path field, I click Continue, then try to give the photo a Title, click Continue -- and I get this error...
