I can't log in as an admin

I wasn,t sure where to post this, but I can't log in my gallery with my admin user and password, how can I change it in ftp, because i looked at config and i can't and i can't go in the config page of my admin pannel, because it's not letting me log in. I never had that problem before.

Have you tried using the "forgot password" function?

yes, but when i type admin as a username they say they can't send me the password, and when i type my email adress they say it doesn't exist...

you will need a database tool like phpMyAdmin then - you can't use your ftp app to change user passwords, since they are not stored in a file, but within the database.

where do i get phpmyadmin ? because now its really bugging me, i cant log in with my admin name and i have to add pics... but i cant log in with a normal user i made either... i cant log in as anything

Please ask your webhost what database editing tools they offer. It is likely phpmyadmin, so you need to ask them how to get to it. If they don't have it, you would have to install it. This is the website: http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/index.php
