Hi @all,

I had the idea to show my visitors my personal favorite pictures within the existance of the available pics. For this I thought about building a category which is called "Artist's Favorites".

Now the problem begins:
I've build that category and want it to link directly to the "toprated"-album. I want to avoid uploading pictures that are already in the gallery with new names (would be possible of course, but this is too much work, because the pics are in the gallery already). So I decided to give my favorites ratings (only admin can rate). Then I have them in the toprated-album. And my new category "artist's favourites" should link to it.

But how can I chance the generated link of this category which is now called:

http://www.domain.de/directory/index.php?cat=XX

to

http://www.domain.de/directory/thumbnails.php?album=toprated&cat=0

Any ideas how to avoid uploading available pictures with changed names or building an extra button for achieving the toprates pics? Is it possible to change a category-link somehow?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Biggi

With the current stable release cpg1.3.2, this is not possible. A feature that can do what you want to accomplish will be in cpg1.4.x (the devel version) - pics in multiple albums using links generated by keyword.
