Album question

I can't see the album properties as explained on documentation. I follow all steps but I can't found the album properties. What's wrong?

How do I create an album that anyone can add photos to?
    (assuming you have already created at least one category with at least one album where the uploads should go to):

        * log in as admin
        * admin mode
        * Groups
        * Group name "anonymous" - give them quota and upload rights
        * Album list
        * choose category
        * next to the appropriate album, click on "properties"
        * turn "Visitors can upload pictures" to "yes" and click "update album"
        * provide an upload link in your navigation if it's not already there (check /themes/yourtheme/theme.php)

Just log in as admin.
Go back to your main page where your albums are listed. Click through the Categories if you have to. You can't miss it.

have the same problem ..it's simply not there ... no properties button

You are sure you're in admin mode? Do you see the link that shows the mode? What does it say?
