better user management & other stats

I'd like to see some better permissions for users. For example I'd love to be able to set individual users to have access to upload to specified albums only, ect...

Also it would be very helpful to be able and see some global stats somewhere, in particular, the total filesize of an album, filesize of all photos in all albums, ect...

I'll second this, especially the first part -- restricting view/post access per category would be equally helpful.
