Is it possible to change the pictures rating system so that all users can rate pictures several times, not only once, for example, when 24 hours expires, you may rate the same picture again.

The second question is that, when a picture is rated, the same picture appears, and we can select next one from the arrows. But maybe it´s better when picture is rated, the other picture appears, and other, and other, so on. I would like so  ::)
