I have created several catagories, but under the album screen, I do not see the catagory section....

Mine looks like that, but I don't get a "Select catagory" option.   My hosting account came with a version of coppermine, so I removed their install and re-installed 1.3.2, but I still have the same problem.
I have tried creating new albums, but I still do not get the "catagories" option at the top of the Album Manager window.

I also cannot see album catagories inside of "Album Properties"

Can anyone point me towards what I'm doing wrong here....

Never mind folks.  Got it working.  I had to remove a "install.lock" file and re-upload some files.

Thank you for letting us know it works.

Could you please specify what type of build it is? Was it Fantastico? It would be helpful to be aware of issues caused by custom builds. Thanks.

I am unsure as to what "build" it was.  The Hosting company is www.globat.com   They have "neutered" the software quite a bit, as the catagory function did not work, nor does the "batch Add files"

The catagory problem is solved, but it seems I created a new problem with uploading.  I'll create a thread in the proper forum for that problem, along with the 'batch add files' problem.
