Well, i Have a new HQ Gallery and i want to make THUMBNAILS AND de medium pics BY MYSELF... so if i do that do i have to upload all of them in different folders whit the same name or what... i do not know what to do....

You can name the thumb the same name with the prefix 'thumb_' or whatever it is in Config. Same with intermediate files which are usually 'normal'. They need to be in the same folder as the original. So you have the following in the same folder:
photo.jpg
thumb_photo.jpg
normal_photo.jpg

You change the prefix by going into Config.

If you make the thumb and intermediate images, you must FTP them to a directory you create in /albums (not userpics) and then batch add them to your albums.
Do not send me a private message unless I ask for one.  Make your post public so everyone can benefit.
