I know absolutely nothing about installing my galleries nor do I know a thing about php or mysql.  My galleries were installed by my host and they refuse to repair them so that they will update.  The galleries which were an automatic, immediate installation through their cgi scripts area haven't ever been able to update.  Today with my little knowledge why I finally understood.  They were missing their php.update file.  I downloaded a copy of a 1.3.5 board (what I have) and ftp'd the update.php into my galleries, chmod was changed and two of the galleries now work beautifully and one gives me the following error.  Believe it or not I've been up for 40 hours trying to read and understand and fix this since I had no one to help and I'm sorry I honestly just don't know what to do.  Could someone please explain to me in a really easy way what I need to do here.  Thank you so much.

Here's the error message:

QuoteWarning: fopen(sql/update.sql): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/heathled/public_html/gallery/update.php on line 241

Warning: filesize(): Stat failed for sql/update.sql (errno=2 - No such file or directory) in /home/heathled/public_html/gallery/update.php on line 241

upload all files then, the error message complains about a missing file. Make sure to upload it. Read the upgrading section of the docs.
