Hi, i think this would go under this catigory,
My coppermine won't let users upload only admins, I have it set to only let them upload on the admins aproval.

What message they get when they try to upload? Post the actual message here.

Hi, The error was "Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files " and only a user gets this error, admins are fine.

Ofcourse they will get the error. The error explains everything. Users will need to create albums first and then try to upload files. They can create new album by clicking "Create/order my albums" link.
