Error:

Could not create a mySQL connection, please check the SQL values entered

MySQL error was : Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)

--
can someone help me with this? I get the start up page, but it's not taking my mysql username

is it the user name or website name? I've tried both.

Blues..

note: using: MySQL version 3.23.58.

It's the mysql username and password for the mysql user that you have created to access the database which you have created to run Coppermine in.
