When a member views the memberlist, and then clicks on recent uploads, it brings the user to a thumbnail page of the recent uploads. Thats great, but when you click the thumbnail you are taken to a page that says this:

QuoteInformation

no image to display

How can I fix this or input the correct information? I am a photographer and eventually over 100,000 images will be uploaded to this gallery (barring disaster), and the recent uploads from this view will be quite important to me and my members and prospective clients.

I don't see any problem. Can you post a direct link to a page where you experience this ?

minoltaman

http://www.stockimagepros.com/cg1/displayimage.php?album=lastupby&cat=0&pos=0

That's the page you get when you click any one of the thumbnails on the the memberlist>recent uploads page.

can't replicate this, everything works as expected.

Are you saying you see the full/intermediate size images appear when you click on the tumbnail images from the memberslist>recent uploads page on the Don Northup account?

If you are not seeing a full size image, and you see a blank page with the message I noted above, what is the purpose of the cliclable link on the memberslist>recentupload>thumbnail image anyway?

Nibbler

We see the image as expected. This is almost certainly a problem with your browser  - possibly cache/cookies.

minoltaman

Sorry for my stupidity and thanks for the help. I cleared my temp files and cookies prior to posting but that did not help. I have since used the ZA cache cleaner and things are now working fine. Much appreciated.

Have a great day.

i have cleared my cache and tried on 2 computer but am experiencing the same problem....any other suggestions?

Joachim Müller

You have been told already on other threads that we need to see a link to your page to be able to judge for ourselves. Hijacking a solved thread is not a bright idea.

tjs12

i have never been asked to link to the problem page....what are you talking about!!

Gau - if you have nothing helpful to say, i suggest not saying anything.

can anybody else offer any advice?

Joachim Müller

You have posted both on the cpg1.4.x support board as well as on this one here (which is for cpg1.3.x). Decide for the board that matches to your coppermine version. There's a reason why we have different sub-boards for different coppermin versions.
