How come when I click the Admin tool it kills the server.  What is it doing?  I currently have 300 albums.

PID   USERNAME  PRI NICE  SIZE    RES     STATE  C   TIME     WCPU     CPU      COMMAND
3974 mysql         56   0      480M   115M   CPU0    1   927:18   97.85%  97.85% mysqld

It was at 7% before I clicked it.

Is this a bridged install? More details about your setup would help. There have been other people who have reported a resource issue with admin tools so it would help to see if there is a pattern.

Oh sorry, yes this is bridged with vbulletin 3.0.7.  I currently have 60,000 registered users.  The registered users don't use this album for their photos though.  I only use it for new event coverages etc.

it only happens when I click util.php, I can watch mysql go from 6% and rise on up to 98% and then it never comes down.  I have to restart mysql.

when does the mysql load go up? When you go to util.php, or when you actually submit the form on that page? Please describe in detail what you did (you may want to illustrate this with screenshots attached to your posting using the "Additional options" feature in the bottom left of the screen when composing your reply).
