If you successfully uploaded all the coppermine files into a folder in your domain and you created an empty database, if you don't already have one (if you have one already, that's fine), you can run install.php by typing in Http://www.yourdomain.com/cpgGalleryfoldername/install.php

Learn and live ... In January of 2011, after a botched stent attempt, the doctors told me I needed a multiple bypass surgery or I could die.  I told them I needed new doctors.

Avelate

it says error 403: Forbidden!

I don't know why it is doing this...

Try renaming the file to setup.php and see if you can browse to it.

Check permissions on the files... you could ask your webhost for help.
