I was wondering, is there a hack for the coppermine gallery that people Should 1st put a comment before they are able to download the photo ?

It could be hacked in, but it wouldn't be useful to most users as a new feature for Coppermine. Restricting download of images is doomed to failure anyway.

Well The reason why we want/use it. Is because we want to use Coppermine for a dutch dvd Cover Site. That me and some other people have.

At the moment we're having all our covers in a phpbb forum en people must reply first before they can download the Cover this has been done so that we now why we are making the covers...

As Nibbler pointed out, this is something that could be created as an optional hack/mod, but won't be added as a core feature, which is the point of the board in which you posted. If you really want this, you can either pay for it, or hope someone will do this for free in the support board. Please let us know so we can move the thread accordingly.
