This has been asked several times and the answer remains the same. "No".

Despite that, some user provided a way to achieve it: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,22564.0.html Dev's Team do not recoomend that mod, and doesn't offer support for it neither. Use it at your own risk, or follow my advice and get a better hosting.

Catching up! :)

hotvins

why r u so firm in ur talk ?

why not give it a shot

in 4images, they have implemented a way to add you own link instead of full image link

similar cant be done in CPG also ? coz CPG's user interface is truely awesome than any other gallery script.

so this feature will add more stars to it :)

just my two cents :)
Thanks to all the Creators & Coders of Coppermine Photo Gallery

We don't care what the 4images developers do. We're not going to repeat the many discussions that have already been lead that explain why we're not fond of external storage and why we won't implement it. If you're so keen to find out why then search this board for those previous discussions instead of asking from us to lead this discussion over and over again.
In the future if you should post here, please use plain English, as this is an international board, with many participants first language not being English. We're not fond of your usage of "slang" words like "r" instead of "are", "u" instead of "you", "coz" instead of "because" etc. That's not cool, but lame.
Additionally, we'd like to see you use proper spelling and capitalization if possible (at least try to spell properly) both for search engine relevance as well as for the benefit of non-native speakers. This will make your postings better readable and therefore people will be more willing to actually read them and listen to what you are trying to say.
Locking.
