Hi

I been told to some of my members that are testing out the gallery for me. They are able to upload there pictures, then when they press on continue to pic the album, it goes to a blank white page.

The only thing i dont get it works half the time?

Did anyone see this problem and know what could fix this problem.

My gallery is www.sledcrew.com/gallerynew

I dont have any debug code because it just went to a white page.?

Thanks for you help

Hey i did what the trouble shoot steps told me to do.

I made a user called "test user" and the password is "password"

Try it for yourself, i made this user to be able to post without approval.

I tried to upload a .jpg file that was 50kb and it worked... Then i try to upload the same file in the same album, but it was 500kb, and it was loading for about 20 sec, and then it went to a " page could not display" page.

I ask 4 of my other members and they had the same problem.

There's an individual limit on the max file size that can be uploaded to your server that is set by server settings (not coppermine settings). In your case, it's something between 50k and 500k. Take a look at the sticky thread on the cpg1.3.x upload board to get an idea what the server-sided restrictions may be. You'll be only able to change them if the server is yours to administer.
