Forum cleanup

Guys,
It's time to let the cleaning lady in =)

Almost every forum on the board is exploding with stickies, moved topics and spanning through several pages, which is becoming alarming considering that every page has roughly 50 topics.
In some forums, a lot of stuff are the same questions repeted over and over again. CPG 1.2 Standalone Support, for example, has 804 topics in 17 pages and this was acomplished only in a couple of months (since Oct 15)!!

Although I don't have access to the statistics, from what I can tell by the number and dates of the posts, is that the growth has been huge since mid September and if it continues this way, before April something will break, either the board, its utility or your patience.
