that would be extremely silly and unsecure, that's why there's no such option.

the point of users having an account of their own is that others won't be able to pose as them. If all your usernames would equal your passwords, then a malevolent site visitor could log in as any registered user and mess with the user's files. That's why it would be silly. I can't encourage you to do what you're up to, and I'm not willing to waste my time coding a feature that would drill security holes into coppermine. Bottom line: if you need this feature: code it.
