Account needs administrator access

I have a user who is my main uploader and in my phpbbs his account is in the administrator group....as is my account. When I go into the user panel for my photo gallery if I look at my account it shows it as an Administrator...if I look at his account it shows it as a registered user....I looked at his settings and mine in phpmyadmin under the php database and the settings appear to be the same. This did not start happening until after the recent upgrades to phpbbs and coopermine. Whenever he logs into the photo gallery and tries to upload he gets "Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files"

Both are at the latest version.
I did unbridge and rebridge the photo gallery
I did run versioncheck

No, they are not. Upgrade to cpg1.4.3

Thank you...I thought I was up-to-date but as you pointed out I was not. Once I upgraded all worked as expected. Thank you!
