After having spent a couple or more hours both searching the board and trying all recommended fixes - I think I'm going to pass on trying to bridge. At least until an "Official" version for vb3.5x is posted.

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine 1.43 (just downloaded) and VB3.53:

Logging in takes the user to the VB login page - but after succesfully logging in the user is taken to the vb forum. If you open another browser window and enter the address of the gallery, you are taken to the gallery and shows the user is logged in.

Also an error logging out:

"An error occurred while attempting to log you out. Click here to log out."

Coppermine install: http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Forum install: http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.3
Forum version: vbulleting 3.53
Test user account: test/test

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:        http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ..xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Use post-based groups?:  0
You know, Hobbes, some days even my lucky rocketship underpants don't help.

I would like to say that I finally realized that there needs to be a link or button on the Forum page that users need to "click" to go to the gallery. The integration does not take the user to cpg upon login; it takes them to the forum - although they are logged into cpg  ::)

This is by design of the bbs app you use (in your case vb). Some bbs apps support redirect after login (e.g. phpbb or smf), some don't. Those that don't support it should indeed have a button in the forum navigation that can send the user back to coppermine. This is by design and can hardly be changed by coppermine coders.
As you edited out the data that leads to your page I guess your issue is solved then, marking this thread accordingly.
