Coppermine Plugin for Serendipity with GoDaddy.com hosting

In the Serendipity blog software I can add in the Coppermine plugin that will show a few pictures from coppermine on the blog sidebar. Using the default parameters on the loaded webpage I get the "Unable to connect to the database server" error and no images. There are several required entries, please let me know if you see my error..

1 - Server (Coppermine sql server): localhost
2 - Prefix (Coppermine table prefix): cpg132_
3 - Path (Coppermine gallery url): http://gallery.com
4 - Database (Coppermine sql database): coppermine
5 - Username (Coppermine database username): ... inputted my unsername
6 - Password (Coppermine database password): ... inputted my password

The remaining 5 setting don't matter since they have to do with image formatting. FYI, I have my pictures stored on my server under a coppermine/albums folder...and that is were I want to point these settings to. My guess is that I need to correctly input information for 1, 3, 4...can anyone give me help or examples. Thank you in advance.

We don't know anything about this plugin, I suggest you seek support from wherever you downloaded it.
