I can't upload pics

Hi, im new here and i have one big problem...

i had one gallery www.xtinaxpression.com/gallery but i made a new one 'cause the old one doesnt works.

my new gallery is www.xtinaxpression.com/pics, i've uploaded +/- 800 files yesterday, but now when i upload (via FTP or XP PUBLISH) it creates a album but the pics doesnt appeared...

please help me 'cause i have more than 8.000 photoshop to upload  :'(

no, you have not:

When troubleshooting uploads in CPG 1.4, you are advised to change the upload settings in the Groups console to 'Single uploads only' and to activate 'Debug mode' in the Config console.  Changing this setting negates some of the error masking done in the multiple upload setting.  This will allow you to access more detailed error messages. This is being explained in the docs that come with cpg1.4.x: http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble
Make sure that you have read the documentation before asking any support requests.

In the upload troubleshooting section of the docs, there is a paragraph that is even highlighted in red to draw your attention: if you need support on upload issues, you need to post a link to your page and a non-admin test user account with the settings mentioned in the upload troubleshooting settings enabled as suggested. Re-read http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble and do exactly as suggested there!
