phpbb redirect problem

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://www.funonthefox.com/board/index.php
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../board/
Use post-based groups?:   

I have CPG 1.4 installed and bridged with phpbb2.

Where I am having problems is login from the CPG side.

1) I click the "login" text button at the top of the page

2) I am properly redirected to the phpbb login page where I enter my information

3) I assume at this point it is trying to redirct me back to cpg.  At which point I get this error:

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'include/debugger.inc.php' (include_path='.;c:\php\pear') in d:\inetpub\funonthefox\gallery\include\init.inc.php on line 26

if I use the back button and navigate to the board, I am now logged in.  So the loggin is working, seems the redirect or a script started on login is what the problem is.

Part 2 of this, which I assume is related to part 1.  Once I navigated to CPG, where I am logged in, I select the" logout" option.  Yet at the top of the page it says I am still logged in.  When I try to navigate around or refresh the screen it switches to the login button.  Basically once I select logout, I expect to see the login button in its place and don't.

Any help with this would be appreciated,

That wasn't my intention, just thought I had to have the info at the top like in the example.  I apologize, and will include it in the first post for future questions.

Thanks for the reply.  I went to the bridge manager and checked the forum url as suggested.

It currently does not contain the index.php in the bridge manager.

That was it, I must have screwed it up during the setup.

I appreciate the help, and the support forums.  I have already fixed other screw ups of mine searching around here, but didn't find this one.
