I hoped I could resolve this with only a little guidance, but I don't think I can.  I have a single line of header code and several lines of footer code showing on the "Album List" page.  On all other pages only a single line of header code shows.  I've already uploaded fresh copies of several files, to no avail.  I've looked at numerous files to see if there are blank spaces at the top before <?php.  I haven't found anything out of the ordinary in any files.  I've cleared the cache and cookies several times.  I'll track out any suggestions anyone can offer.  Thanks!

Hi bmossavari.  I deleted the include/init.inc.php and lang/english.php files from the website.  I then uploaded fresh copies of both files.  Yahoo!  Instant partial success.  The single line of code in the header is now hidden on all pages.  However  :) there are still several lines of code visible in the footer on the Album List page.

I suggest re-uploading all files as if you were performing an update. Something appears to have gone wrong when you uploaded your files in the first place.

Man, I know!  What a mess!  ::)  With all the uploading I've been doing the past two days, I can't say positively but I'm beginning to suspect "Smart FTP" may be misbehaving.  It seems that when I use the Transfer Que to transfer large numbers of files the past two days, I'm developing a cautious feeling that transfers aren't really being completed.  I have confidence in the process if I use "drag and drop".  I'll upload everything again using "drag 'n drop".  Thanks guys.  Let you know how it went in a little bit.   :)

;D  Yahoo!  Yippee Yippee Ki-Yay!  That's more Okie lingo for IT'S WORKING!  Using "drag 'n drop" this time everything just felt good.  After uploading I updated via update.php and then followed with version check.  I couldn't believe what I saw in version check.  Every file was now 1.48.  Before, there were a lot of 1.44, 1.43, and a few 1.2? something.  That probably should have clued me into the fact that the upload was corrupt.  But, it didn't.  This was after uploading the entire package, as if updating, 3 times via SmartFTP's Transfer Que feature.  I don't think I'll use that feature anymore.  The site works and looks (IMHO) great now.
Thanks so very much!  Sorry to cause so much work for you.  If you guys are ever in Oklahoma, give me a shout and I'll take you to a great Bar B-Q joint for some tasty ribs.  Promise!
