I am having trouble with coppermine when bridged with IPB 2.1.6

I wish to allow users to upload files into the albums, but with approval. In the 'Groups' manager page, I have set the member permissions under 'Public albums upload' to:
Allowed: Yes
Approval: Yes

When a user goes to upload a file, they get the error message: Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files

I go back to the admin panel, under the 'Groups' page click on Assign Album(s) under the member row, and I am redirected to the forums admin page.

Where do I assign albums to members in the gallery admin panel?

Coppermine install: http://harrys-hideout.net/gallery/index.php
Forum install: http://harrys-hideout.net/forums/index.php
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.5
Forum version: Invision Power Board 2.1.6
Test user account: [user]: Demo [pass]: tester#

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://harrys-hideout.net/forums
Relative path to your BBS's config file:   ../forums/
Use post-based groups?:  1

Thanks for that it was simple really.

The problem was I had not ticked the 'Allow Visitor Uploads' in the album settings. In the past, I presumed that this was for guest uploads.

hmm, this solution does not solve my case sufficiently... this works only for one member group.

In my case (CPG 1.4.6 / IPB 1.3) I have two different member groups. this comes from the forum, where group one can see forum 1,2 and group two sees 1,2,3,4,5. I have it similar now with showing albums in the CPG gallery to the the member groups.

With the above mentioned solution I can assign upload permission for an album only to both or none of the two member groups.

Is there a possibility to fix that (plugin) ??
Is it possible for a member group to create albums outside of the "user gallery" section? E.g. under the category "recent events" I created?

thanks for giving feedback.
