I can not change language

When I change the language to traditional chinese and simp. chinese: http://t0055585.trywss.net/gallery/index.php?lang=chinese_big5

nothing appear !. why?
another odd thing I've spotted is that somethime a full size image doesn't show( the web explorer tells me it is done!) but when I clean cookies, full size image can appear again!
I've only modified theme, css only

I don't know which thread are they belong to, if you give me a negative karma, it is ok.

why??

As far as the language is concerned, the chinese works fine for me, have you properly refreshed your browser? sometimes I have noticed that can effect things

Your full size image works as well, I think I'll leave this for the Dev's to sort out. sorry im no help, but it works fine for me..
