Template error

i had a working coppermine version 1.4.3 new installed, but its the second time i get a database error and after this error the normal page goes:
Template error
Failed to find block 'file_line'(#(<!-- BEGIN file_line -->)(.*?)(<!-- END file_line -->)#s) in :

Last time i reinstalled the book and lost all my data (after removing things from phpmyadmin)
I rather have a solution for this error this time. This database problem appears only when we change something (added some subscription).
After the database error i cant do anything with my coppermine.
Can someone please help me??

Make sure that you're using a theme designed for cpg1.4.x if you are using a cpg1.4.x gallery, and make sure that none of your theme files are broken. Search for your error message, has been asked very often already.
It's mandatory that you upgrade, using cpg1.4.3 is not an option!
