Where do I set this limit?  I see my current file limit is 2M and I have some 3M pics that will not upload.  For the record I did try to search the forum for max_file_upload but it will not search for me.  :)

I read that thread and saw the max upload is 2mb but I don't see where it says how to increase this size.

Not in Coppermine. This is (as suggested in the thread I refered to) a webserver setting.

unless you have control over your php.ini configuration.

You can only access php.ini if the server is yours to configure - if you're webhosted, you will have to ask your host to do this for you. If it is actually yours, you could do a search on the file system. On Windoze boxes, it's usually under c:\Windows\system32\ or c:\Windows\ (although you shouldn't run your own server if you have no idea where your php.ini file is located in the first place).
