Cannot upload any pictures

I keep getting a red cross. Ive tried contacting my host, they say ,my account fine so I should come here to request help. I have no clue someone help me.

I left the debug on and everything so asap answer would be fab.

check "Method for resizing images" under
admin mode=>config=>Files and thumbnails advanced settings
it should be Imagemagick or GD v2
if it's imagemagick check the path or ask your host about path
if you can't use IM try gd2 it's easy
