Google ads

i have just installed on www.hotwallpaperz.com and now i want to place my google ads
on header and footer. plz tell me how can i add them. and plz suggest any other good location for google ads other then header and footer. i want to use mac ox template which is currently installed.

- You are using CPG1.4.8 so please post to proper board
- You can use custom header & footer under config to add google ads to header & footer
- You can use anycontent.php to add it to the middle of gallery
- You can use this plugin to add it multiple time to the body of gallery

- you can also add them to your template.html
