I recently updated my gallery to a 1.4.8 without realising I would loose my theme, is there anyway to get it from the back up that fantistico makes or is there anywhere else it can be found? I bought this theme and dont have the ability to remake it.

We don't provide support for the fantastico installer, you'd need to contact your host. Custom themes are not lost when updating correctly.

Oh ok thank you for your help.

Edit: Is there a way to reinstall the gallery using a back up file with all the pictures?

If you did as suggested in our upgrade guide (documentation), then you already should have a backup that you could restore - we explicitely tell users that they should backup everything as a saftey precaution. There are even instructions in the docs how to downgrade. If you haven't created a backup, then you we can't help you: we don't keep a backup for you. It's your job as webmaster to do backups, preferably frequently on a schedule.
