I think you got confused by reading up the "content of the mainpage" section of the docs: it determines what is being displayed on the index page in a broader sense:

• the "breadcrumb" is what displays on the page at the top, beneath the menu. On your screenshot, it doesn't get displayed at all, but only if you navigate deeper into the category / album / pic structure. The breadcrumb is the stuff that then shows where exactly you are in the navigation.
• the catlist determines if the list of categories that exist on your page will be displayed on your index pages. In the screenshot, it's "Nature", "Coppermine screen shots", "Password-protection", "Multimedia" and "User galleries". Unless you really know your way around, you should leave "catlist" switched on in "the content of the mainpage"
• the "alblist" will display the albums on the index page that reside inside the navigation structure of the page you're currently looking at. In the screenshot example, there are several albums that reside on coppermine's root category. In this case, it's "Architecture", "Landscape", "People", "Sports" and so on untill the album "other". Leave the alblist entry in "the content of your mainpage" no matter what. The entry is not suppossed to be removed completely, but you could come up with a different order if you want

So if you're looking for an answer how to modify the section you highlighted, you asked the wrong question: what is being displayed there is not being determined by "the content of the main page", but by your theme's theme.php.

Post what you actually want to accomplish.

Firstly sorry for my bad english...

Secondly you were right, there's no relation to "the content of your mainpage" because i was trying to change everything but still got the same results which is "null"

The arrow points to the alblist. I'm not clear what you are asking.

Okay, if u see my page its not showing alblist on the main page.
and the contain of my page is "breadcrumb/random/anycontent/catlist/alblist/lastup,1/topn/"

what i want to accomplish is to have 3 categories and showing thumbnail from one category only.   

and i'm still wondering with:

there are several albums that reside on coppermine's root category. In this case, it's "Architecture", "Landscape", "People", "Sports" and so on untill the album "other".

its mean have albums on the coppermine root or coppermine/albums/  ?
