I have done alot of customizing on the rainy day theme on terms of colors and headers. After upgrading, the original color scheme and header came back. I re-upped the 1.48 theme files to restore my palette. Am I missing any updates in the graphical theme files and .css sheets that are crucial? I would hate to redo all of my changes again so soon after getting 1.48 to look pleasing to me. My file checker is showing some v.1.48 files in the theme section. Work around? or no real issues?

Thanks

Sami

nothing to worry, you can use 1.4.8 theme with 1.4.9

However, to keep your custom theme from being overwritten, you should rename it from "rainy_day" to "my_theme" or similar. Then edit template.html and do a find/replace accordingly. Do the same thing for theme.php and style.css. The theme names that come with coppermine are reserved for our themes. If you decide to build a theme of your own based on one of the core themes, it's advisable to use a theme name of your own.

Thank you for a prompt reply. That is good advice.  I copied and renamed directory, did find/replace on the old-to-new theme name in source code and everything works fine.

Thanks again.
