I have no idea what happened on my Gallery. I started uploading pictures for a show and it showed an error on it and what I did was try and put the index.php back but now it's not working. This is what it looks like:

Did I do something wrong? How would I fix it?

Why did you put albums/userpics/index.php instead of main index.php to your gallery root?
You should upload main index.php ...

Where would I get the main.php? The version that I have is 1.4.6

You should upgrade to most recent version (currently 1.4.9) , your old version known to have security bugs
