Batch Upload errors

At first to tell that a look everywhere in this forum but no answer to my problem. I looked at the thoubleshoot file but nothing there. And so my problem is:
I upload almoust 280 pictures ( 100 - 200 kb ) every whith FTP client. I go to the "Batch add files" select my folder and click OK. On the next page only the titles of pictures are shown and no picture in right of titles. But the page is loading long time. When it goes Done click on Insert selected files and on the page   shows the " Folder     file     Album     Result " table but in "Result" is writen "click for details or to reload". When click "click for details or to reload" a page with text



is loading.
So i tryed to upload folders with 7mb of pictures. Somewhere i read that the max size of folder must be under 8mb. The same thing is happeneng. I dont have admin acces to modify the php.ini file. I read somewhere to modify the "picmgmt.inc.php" -dont work too.

I dont know why but only the first 2 times i use "Batch add files" it worked fine but no more.
