I tried both sites, I need somthing that will downsize the wmp files so I can post them on coppermine..

Try the Windows media encoder - it is free. You can't encode everything, but for proprietary Microsoft videos there's imo no better tool.

There's a great documentation available on the Typo3 webpage about creating video tutorials that also gives a lot of insight into re-encoding videos for smaller sizes using the Windows Media Encoder.
