I had a simple integration (not the "inside the forum") with just a text link but the logins from SMF always took users right into Coppermine and they were already logged in.
Upgraded SMF to 1.1 final yesterday and it broke the "bridge" still links & takes you there and if you click login in Coppermine it takes you to the SMF login like before, but you can't get in Coppermine and you are not logged in when you "link over". I re-ran the bridge manage but it didn't help.

Is there a new bridge manager I missed somewhere (I have been looking here for an hour & they all involve putting it inside the forum) or just a setting in SMF or Coppermine I'm missing somewhere? (Text link just goes to main Coppermine default page)

Any help greatly appreciated (and please keep it simple...I'm stupid  ::)

Coppermine install: http://parkinglotplanet.com/photos
Forum install: http://parkinglotplanet.com/forum
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.9 (bridge/coppermine.inc.php 1.4.10 and bridge/smf10.inc.php (couldn't find older)
Forum version: SMF 1.1 final
Test user account: tester / test (forum and Coppermine)

Your bridge settings
Forum URL:    http://www.parkinglotplanet.com/forum
Relative path to your BBS's config file:    ../forum/
Use post-based groups?:    1

Tried updating to latest bridge files etc. everything seems ok but as soon as I turn on bridge manager I get a "you do not have permission to access this page" error

PS: Sorry, it took me an hour to find and post that, I told you I am stupid (also 100% disabled in reality) and trying to help a friend who is computer illiterate. His forum was enough problem but smooth compared to this.
Again, sorry I don't know the rules, the first time I did it and everything worked like a charm.

You need to have the bridge enabled for me to test anything.

No other SMF/Coppermine users have had issues with the new SMF partially "breaking the bridge"?
I'm trying to help out a friend here and I don't have a clue...lots of posts from Coppermine/SMF users but none about this...and most installs seem more complex...or has everybody else not had a chance to upgrade SMF yet?

It's possible something has changed in 1.1 Final that breaks the bridge.
