changing the text under the 'User Galleries'

Under the User Galleries there is this line "This category contains albums that belong to Coppermine users."

I would like to change/customize this line of text but am not sure where to do this at.  I looked thru the docs but didn't find anything, but that doesn't mean it's not there - I just didn't find it. 

I guess I am looking for the actual file(s) to update.

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would truly appreciate it.

From the docs:

"User galleries" is a special category. It is not visible unless you have some users that have created their own gallery. It can't be deleted but you can edit its title and description by using the  button.

In this aspect, the "user galleries" category works the very same way as all other categories: you rename it using the category control panel.

I don't want to rename the whole category, I just want to change the text "This category contains albums that belong to Coppermine users" that is UNDER the category name.
